                                                    Have A More Secure And Peaceful Festivals We have observed that almost 25% of the manpower takes leaves to visit their hometown during Holi, Diwali & Chatt Puja, leading to acute shortages (double duties) at clients premises. In order to partially reduce the impact, we have refused all holidays during these periods. Any leaves with or without information will lead to suitable penalties. All the existing manpower has been informed about the same and new recruits are being selected only if they agree to these coditions.
