This year Absolute completes three decades in Security. The company was started as Ace Detectives by Late Maj. K.C. Kapur in year 1986 and it got diversified into Security Services in year 1987. Over the years we have grown manifold in revenue, diversified into housekeeping and our operations are now grown to 10 states in India.

We thank each of the clients associated with us especially HDFC Bank Ltd. and HDFC Ltd. who have an over two-decade long relationship with us.

Evening / Holiday Checker
We are acutely aware that between 7 pm to 11pm and during day time on Holidays, most clients close their operations and our night checking team is not functional. To take care of these odd hours we have dedicated checking team who only operate between these hours and on holidays to ensure guards vigilance at all times. As a result, we have
relatively few complaints of guard’s absenteeism during these hours.

Joining of a New GM – Operations
Mr. Ashish Kashyap has joined our company as a General Manager. He is responsible for handling day to day operations for security and housekeeping. He is an MBA by qualification and prior to joining Absolute had experience of over 25 years in organizations e.g. NIIT and CMC (now TCS) in areas like Operations, Organizational Development and Sales.

                                                    Have A More Secure And Peaceful Festivals We have observed that almost 25% of the manpower takes leaves to visit their hometown during Holi, Diwali & Chatt Puja, leading to acute shortages (double duties) at clients premises. In order to partially reduce the impact, we have refused all holidays during these periods. Any leaves with or without information will lead to suitable penalties. All the existing manpower has been informed about the same and new recruits are being selected only if they agree to these coditions. All this does not sound very humane however we are forced to take this action considering the kind of industry we are in and hopefully this would lead to a safer and peaceful festivals for all concerned. This has been given in recognition of his outstanding commitment and relentless service to the profession of Private Security of Central Association of Private Security Industry. Annual Get-Together Celebrated Absolute has been celebrating its Annual day from over 25 years now on 25th Dec and this year also the celebration was done on 25th Dec' 19.
