Operation of Housekeeping ( Total cleaning program) The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department in agreement with civil, state, and original norms and guidelines along with assuring the loftiest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times. Manage the diurnal conditioning of the Housekeeping department to include applicable Cleaning of all services, corridors, seating areas, washrooms, caffs, concession stands, suites, and all public spaces. Planning, organizing and directing platoon members to insure the loftiest degree of guest satisfaction. Diurnal supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews.
