Operation of Housekeeping ( Total cleaning program)

 



The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department in agreement with civil, state, and original norms and guidelines along with assuring the loftiest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times.
Manage the diurnal conditioning of the Housekeeping department to include applicable Cleaning of all services, corridors, seating areas, washrooms, caffs, concession stands, suites, and all public spaces.
Planning, organizing and directing platoon members to insure the loftiest degree of guest satisfaction.

Diurnal supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews.

Diurnal supervision of the grounds keeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews. Purchase,re-order and maintain housekeeping inventories and force.

Conduct Pre-event examinations of all apartments, corridors, clubs, seating areas and public areas previous gate opening for every event held. Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members.
Maintain the housekeeping budget, furnishing billing summaries and charges for all pre and post events.
Uphold the loftiest norms of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.

Knowledge of safety norms within the Housekeeping department.

Determines and maintains the department work schedule used to notify staff of forthcoming events and insure proper medication and staffing for each event.
Ensures the proper conservation of all outfit; makes arrangements for form and/ or relief of used and damaged outfit.
