On 22nd Sept., the company took part in BNI 4m Exhibition at Gurgaon, to seek new business. This has led to over two dozen companies showing interest in utilising our security or facility management services. In coming weeks we hope to close business with many of them.

Mr Gautam, Assistant Security Manager (ASM)
This quarter we would like to introduce Mr. Gautam Kumar Singh, Area Security Manager.He has total of 21 years of experience in security and housekeeping services. He started working with us as a Field Officer and due to his performance got promoted to Assistant Security Manager. After working for 8 years he left the company to start his own business.
He recently joined back our company. He plays a vital role in our organization with six field Officers reporting to him and is responsible for smooth flow of operations. He is a dedicated employee and is a good team player. Gautam is happily married for 3 years and has one child. He loves playing cricket.

Audit of Registers at your premises
We have recently started the process of checking and auditing the registers on monthly basis kept at client's premises.All registers maintained by the guard at your premises will be checked by the field officer and mistakes if any will becorrected and brought to the notice of concerned person. He will then declare to Absolute that all registers are being maintained properly. Subsequently an auditor from our company will do a sample audit and report the findings directly to top management of our company. We will also send you a monthly report to this effect. We hope to completely eliminate any errors in the registers maintained at your premises.
