We are proud to inform that absolute gets highest rating SME 1* by CRISIL. This rating has been given based on financial, operational and other parameters related to stability of the company. Rating of SME 1* is given to less than 5% of the companies rated.

So, this adds up to the total business of over 350 branches in the HDFC Bank Limited. Single guard deployment process
At certain premises there is only single guard in either day or night shift. In order to ensure the guard reaches and leaves on time, company has the process of calling on the landline number at the reporting time as well as at the time when the guard leaves the post. This ensures the guard reaches on time and does not leave the premises prior
to his official duty time. Wherever landline number is not available company ensures to paste a mobile phone at a very minimal cost.

                                                    Have A More Secure And Peaceful Festivals We have observed that almost 25% of the manpower takes leaves to visit their hometown during Holi, Diwali & Chatt Puja, leading to acute shortages (double duties) at clients premises. In order to partially reduce the impact, we have refused all holidays during these periods. Any leaves with or without information will lead to suitable penalties. All the existing manpower has been informed about the same and new recruits are being selected only if they agree to these coditions. All this does not sound very humane however we are forced to take this action considering the kind of industry we are in and hopefully this would lead to a safer and peaceful festivals for all concerned.
