At the beginning of the New Year, in our newsletter, we talked about compulsory deduction of Rs. 1000/- if a guard goes on leave during Holi. Similar process will be followed for Diwali festival too. Earlier, there used to be a lot of absenteeism during such festivals and as a result, double duty was done by most of the guards. However, after
implementing the fine system, during Holi, the absenteeism was less. Hopefully, Diwali should go as smooth as Holi!

                                                    Have A More Secure And Peaceful Festivals We have observed that almost 25% of the manpower takes leaves to visit their hometown during Holi, Diwali & Chatt Puja, leading to acute shortages (double duties) at clients premises. In order to partially reduce the impact, we have refused all holidays during these periods. Any leaves with or without information will lead to suitable penalties. All the existing manpower has been informed about the same and new recruits are being selected only if they agree to these coditions. All this does not sound very humane however we are forced to take this action considering the kind of industry we are in and hopefully this would lead to a safer and peaceful festivals for all concerned.
