Absolute has obtained the contract from ITC Ltd. to clean kiosks on regular basis. There are four teams each consisting of a driver, two cleaners and a van. They clean every month over 800 kiosks of ITC cigarettes in Delhi and NCR region. So, next time if you see clean cigarette kiosks you would know what has happened.

Absolute opens office in Noida

We have been blessed that more and more clients based out of Noida and Greater Noida region are trusting us with their security. As a result, we have decided to open a full-fledged recruitment and training office at Sector 58,Bhishanpura, Noida. This office should help us in recruiting and training more guards serving this region and hence would lead to overcoming shortage of manpower that we face at times in this region. The office has full-fledged training room and training will be imparted through digitised content.

Know The Process

In order to ensure that the Security guard is at site, Absolute can paste a mobile phone at client’s premises so that a team from head office can call and check if he is present. This has been done at a lot of client premises and the phone cost is less than Rs 1500.Once the phone is pasted, throughout the day and night a central team calls to check his presence. This facility is especially useful where only a single guard is deployed and he tends to come late or leave early. By calling on his reporting and leaving time we can ensure the timing discipline. This service comes at a very small additional cost of Rs 250 per month. In case you are interested do let us know.

                                                    Have A More Secure And Peaceful Festivals We have observed that almost 25% of the manpower takes leaves to visit their hometown during Holi, Diwali & Chatt Puja, leading to acute shortages (double duties) at clients premises. In order to partially reduce the impact, we have refused all holidays during these periods. Any leaves with or without information will lead to suitable penalties. All the existing manpower has been informed about the same and new recruits are being selected only if they agree to these coditions. All this does not sound very humane however we are forced to take this action considering the kind of industry we are in and hopefully this would lead to a safer and peaceful festivals for all concerned.
