Absolute Facility Management Services becomes Absolute Security & Facility Management

We wish to inform all of you that name of the company has been changed from Absolute Facility Management Services Pvt Ltd to Absolute Security and Facility Management Pvt Ltd. As our earlier name used to give an impression that we are only providing housekeeping services. There was also requirement from certain states' licensing authorities that we have the word security in our name for
security license to be issued. The change of name is applicable with immediate effect. You might have or you may be in process of receiving a deailed written communication informing the change of name of the company.

Process is an integral part of Absolute and we ensure that the process are made and implemented for the ultimate satisfaction of our client. Every quarter we will be introducing you to one of processes. This quarter we would be introducing to you to our process of feedback collection from our clients.

Feedback Collection
The feedback regarding our services is collected from each of our clients by our operation team. The feedback forms are signed by the clients in presence of the security officer. In case the client is not satisfied by our feedback our senior operational manager contact and meet the client to resolve the
issue on priority. The positive feedback which is received is again confirmed by sending the feedback mail our clients informing them about the feedback they have signed. This process enables us to plug gaps in our services and ensure your satisfaction.

Every quarter we would be introducing you to our Company staff who play an important role in functioning and growth of our organization.

                                                    Have A More Secure And Peaceful Festivals We have observed that almost 25% of the manpower takes leaves to visit their hometown during Holi, Diwali & Chatt Puja, leading to acute shortages (double duties) at clients premises. In order to partially reduce the impact, we have refused all holidays during these periods. Any leaves with or without information will lead to suitable penalties. All the existing manpower has been informed about the same and new recruits are being selected only if they agree to these coditions. All this does not sound very humane however we are forced to take this action considering the kind of industry we are in and hopefully this would lead to a safer and peaceful festivals for all concerned.
