As in the last quarter, SMERA rated us SE 1A which is the highest rating. Now in this quarter, CRISIL has recently rated us ‘SME3’ which is ‘Above Average’ in performance capability and financial strength in relation to other SME’s. Absolute has registered a healthy compounded Annual growth rate (CAGR) OF 25% in revenues for last 7 years. We thank you for you kind support which has helped us to reach new heights of success.

CRISIL Ratings India is a leading rating agency since 1987 with a market share of greater than 60%. Absolute participates in BNI 4m Exhibition On 20th February, 2016, the Company took part in BNI 4m Exhibition to reach out to new clients. This has led the company to make tie-ups with new and reputed companies. It has helped Absolute to meet new people and increase business through structured business networking practices and referrals from BNI.

Information Every Quarter
Training imparted only through Video-Based Modules To standardize the training and to make sure that every guard gets consistent training irrespective of the trainer, the Company has introduced Video Based Training. After 3 months of video shoot we are pleased to provide this videobased training. We hope by this method, every guard that gets deployed is better trained than before.

This quarter we would like to introduce Birender Kumar. He started working with us as a Field officer, subsequently as Area Security Manager and now is the Senior Operations Manager – key Accounts. He has been associated with us for over 10 years. He handles Pan India key accounts like HDFC Bank Ltd, Ratnakar Bank, HDBFS and HDFC Limited.

                                                    Have A More Secure And Peaceful Festivals We have observed that almost 25% of the manpower takes leaves to visit their hometown during Holi, Diwali & Chatt Puja, leading to acute shortages (double duties) at clients premises. In order to partially reduce the impact, we have refused all holidays during these periods. Any leaves with or without information will lead to suitable penalties. All the existing manpower has been informed about the same and new recruits are being selected only if they agree to these coditions. All this does not sound very humane however we are forced to take this action considering the kind of industry we are in and hopefully this would lead to a safer and peaceful festivals for all concerned.
